Quantum-seal telemetry data batches with HMAC-SHA256. Creates a tamper-evident proof that sensor readings have not been modified in transit or at rest. Every seal includes the device ID, data hash, reading count, and quantum timestamp — a complete chain of integrity from sensor to cloud.
